This graph shows the distribution of SNe according to the right Ascension of their parent galaxies. This graph is kept up to date till SN 2000ek Along X-axis there are all right ascension bands so that you have to read in this way: for example, the band on the graph marked as 12 takes in all parent galaxies' right ascensions between 11h and 12h, or if one prefers ...until 12h, and so on...
