Supernova 2006st and 2007an in NGC 4017

Supernova 2006st Discovered by Lick Observatory Supernova Search (USA).   A fairly dim type II. We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from the Taurus Hill Observatory image.   This supernova is in the Constellation Pegasus.

Supernova 2007an Discovered by M. Migliardi of CROSS (Italy).   Yet another type II.   Icon generated from Doug Rich's image.
